- Carriage lights are to be set at appropriate times – dusk to midnight.
- Repairs and cleaning of our mailboxes is an owner’s responsibility.
- Cleaning of driveways is an owner’s responsibility.
- Garage doors are to be closed when not in use.
- Trash pickup is both Wednesday and Saturday. Trash and Recycle containers should be placed curbside AFTER 5:00 PM on the day before pick-up days.
- Trash Containers should be placed at the curb on the opposite side of the mailbox, per the request of the Postal Service.
- Lawn Debris is only collected on Wednesdays. Please do not place debris out until AFTER 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the day before collection.
- All pets must be walked on a leash and be picked up after as per Palm Beach County and state law.
- The community speed limit is 23 miles per hour.
- You must come to a complete stop at all stop signs.
- Parking on the sidewalk or grass is prohibited. No parking in front of mailboxes.
- NO overnight parking in the street, cars will be towed at the owner’s expense. All vehicles should be parked in the driveway or garage.
- On even months please park on the even side of street, odd month’s park on the odd side of the street. Please make sure your contractors or vendors parked on the correct side of the street.
- An ARB is required for all exterior home changes, including new roofing, fencing, landscaping, generators, etc.
- Landscaping: Homeowner is responsible for all plantings. HOA will trim all landscaping unless specified by the homeowner, via a reflector rod placed next to the plant not to be trimmed.
